The High Court today granted anticipatory bail to Bangladesh pacer Rubel Hossain for four weeks in a woman-torture case. The case was filed against the cricketer for allegedly having an affair with a cinema actress, whom he had apparently promised to marry. The actress filed the case with the Mirpur Model Police Station under the Prevention of Women and Child Repression Act on December 13.
