Twenty-one Asian countries that are willing to join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) as founding members yesterday signed the Memorandum of Understanding on establishing the Bank. Chinese President Xi Jinping met the representatives of the 21 countries after the signing ceremony in the morning.
