REVIEW: Despicable Me 3 is the third sequel of the Despicable Me series. Of course, that doesn't stop it from being a disappointment. This movie does not hold the candle to the message of love the first movie portrayed. The movie is directed by three different directors and this might be one of the reasons why it was not able to impress the viewers as much as the previous movies.
Steve Carell doubles the fun in the movie by voicing the twin brothers with his amazingly funny voice. Bathazar Bratt's role is better than previous villains but in the end he fails to thoroughly amuse the audience, even though his love for 80s music and his 80s themed outfits attempt to put a smile on the face. The movie has some noticeable plot holes and the storyline is not up to the mark. Despicable Me 3 has some good laughs and few things that felt like throwbacks to the first movie. The only good things about this film are the two new major characters and crazy babbles by the minions (like always). Fans of these tiny yellow comedians might like this film nonetheless.
