Rin Career Ready Academy to train 5 lakh youth to be career ready by 2020

Today's job market is highly competitive. Companies look for people who aren't just book smart, but also street smart. They want smart employees who can adapt to the changing economy. Without proper fluency in English, one cannot hope for good career prospects. No matter the job or education, a primary requirement is being skilled in English. Even while possessing a variety of skills, the demand for English fluency almost always takes precedence.

In order to successfully land a job at any multinational company, there is no alternative but to know and speak good English. It has even been observed that despite possessing a comprehensive list of skills, a lack of being skilled at English has prevented many from getting jobs at these companies.

It is high time we took initiative to hone our language skills. To help train individuals in English, Rin presents Rin Career Ready Academy, an online English training institution which offers its services completely free of charge.

Rin Career Ready Academy primarily provides basic English language training, including other practices in English such as preparing CVs, practicing for interviews, sending and receiving office mail, learning how to dress professionally, and proper business communication. Because these skills are crucially important in jobs or in business, upon successfully completing the course, candidates are awarded with a certificate which then serves as a highly valuable asset to them when searching or working at a job.

Sujan Mia completed his high school education in Dhamrai of Dhaka district, were he was born and raised. But after completing his honours from National University, he realised that there remained a huge gap in his English education. He came across RCRA online, and successfully completed the English language course.

“Learning this language has helped me progress in my career, but one of the best gifts I have gotten from this is that I can now communicate with anyone from anywhere in the world. I love learning about other people's cultures and tastes. I also enjoy foreign literature and films. I tell all of my peers who struggle with their English skills to use RCRA. It's helped me to communicate and articulate my thoughts, and I have become more self-confident,” says Sujan Mia. At present, he is working as an IT Executive at a real-estate company. Aside from sending and receiving mail, he also holds the responsibility of processing and managing other official documents, and his fluency in English continues to impress everyone.

RIN Career Ready Academy's aim is to produce skilled manpower and to help reduce unemployment among the youth by providing top-quality English language training. This web-based free course by the RIN Career Ready Academy is incredibly easy to register at www.rin.com.bd.
