Feature film Aha!
Enamul Karim Nirjhar's debut film Aha! will have its TV premiere on Eid day at 2:30 pm. Enamul Karim Nirjhar has also scripted the story, screenplay and lyrics. The film highlights the psyche, relationships and generation gap among some denizens of Dhaka -- a city that has developed lopsidedly. Tariq Anam Khan, Humayun Faridee, Shahidul Alam Sachchu, Khaled Khan, Fazlur Rahman Babu and Pragna Laboni star in the film produced by Impress Telefilm Ltd.
TV play Dui Rustom
Directed by Salahuddin Lavlu and written by Masum Reza, the single episode TV play Dui Rustom will be aired at 9:35 pm on Eid day. Of the two Rustoms, one is a popular film star and the other a caretaker of a motel. The two meet up when Rustam and a film unit go for outdoor shooting and reserve the motel. Shimul, Tania, Mosharraf Karim and Salahuddin Lavlu play the lead roles.
Musical programme Shurer Uttarshuri
On the second day of Eid, special musical programme Shurer Uttarshuri will be aired at 6:00 pm. Renowned actor and TV commercial producer Afzal Hossain has produced the programme. Popular singers Fahmida Nabi, Bappa Majumder and Agun will render songs in the programme. TV actors Joy, Badhon, Mir Sabbir, Sajal and Jitu Ahsan have also taken part in the programme.
Tele-film Waiting Room
Mostofa Sarwar Farooki's tele-film Waiting Room will be aired at 2:30 pm on the second day of Eid. The lead roles are played by Tisha and Samia Zaman.
Single episode TV play Ekti Matro Ghonta
Single episode TV play Ekti Matro Ghonta will be aired at 7:50 pm on the fifth day of Eid. The play is written and directed by Faria Hossain and Arif Khan respectively. The play centres on Parvez Chowdhury, owner of a construction firm. Chowdhury wants to build apartments on his property. Anuradha is an employee at Parvez Chowdhury's firm. Humayun Faridee, Subarna Mustafa and Mamunur Rashid play the lead roles.
TV play Production Number 08
Special single episode TV play Production Number 08, directed by Kaushik Sankar Das, will be aired at 10:30 pm on third day of Eid. Tisha, Apurbo and others play the lead roles. The story follows a film unit shooting in Cox's Bazar.
