Traffic Jam and Dhaka are almost synonymous.
Even when there is no practical solution in the short term (apart from building roads and flyovers and of course making sure that traffic rules are followed for a change) our traffic police should make it sure that things stay at least tolerable.
Parking is a serious problem in the city and clumsy parking can lead to bottle necking the roads and eventually leads to avoidable gridlocks.
It’s sad that the traffic police cannot stop illegal parking even on the main roads. Well, they stop it if our Prime Minister or President goes past those areas.
The picture I uploaded is an irony of the whole phrase ‘follow traffic rules and regulations’.
