Hello!

My name is Bernard and I am an amateur photographer from California. I've entered myself into a photographic competition; to name my dream photographic assignment. It is a competition sponsored by Microsoft and Lenovo in the United States. http://www.nameyourdreamassignment.com

The contest is to come up with my dream assignment and submit it to a public vote. My dream assignment is to go out and photograph the land, people, and cultures of those countries and areas that could be affected by global warming and the rising sea levels. Several countries are expected to be completely submerged in the future as the polar ice caps melt and the oceans rise. My overall goal for this assignment is to bring more awareness to this topic and for the countries affected by climate change.

The top 20 vote getting assignments will go before a panel of judges, who will make the final decision. The link to my dream assignment is:
