These are very much very genuine and practical demands of the respected teachers of the universities and to keep the best meritorious students in the education system, it must be maintained, and moderate standard salary scales and not in the line of civil servants where more scopes to earn extra, though some the university teachers are also benefited to earn extra and additional though consultancies. Standard of education is must and that can only be ensured if teachers are free from others anxieties of household expenditure and others.

Fortunately with the emerge of a huge number of private universities and medical collages the fate of many university teachers have been turned as benediction and many of them have been working as part-time teachers in these universities and are creating a smooth path to engage themselves after retirement on fulltime basis and moreover they all are earning well. These opportunities have given them to earn more to lead the family well & at the same time to relief them from hardship and on the contrary these scopes and opportunities are limited to only two three major cities and the public universities have failed to devote and concentrate more time on research work , that are the basic and fundamental elements of the strengthen of higher educatio , which lack in our country very much due less income of the teachers .

Therefore the all teachers of the government institutions should have separate pay scale and university teachers much have separate scale with a view to allow them to devote more time to learn, research and educate but no to distract to other purpose to meet family needs and the teachers should not engage themselves to other private universities to earn more , leaving the morality and ethics and values . the name and reputation of the public universities much be high up and uphold to the best possible ways as we still belive , buplic universities are the best to ensuring proper education to create worthy citizen of the countytry and teaching is a great noble and honorable profession.
