Comment Policy

Perhaps we Bangladeshis are not familiar with the term optimum. Very often we see a two seater rickshaw pulling four passengers. Like wise a sixty seater bus carries more than 100 passengers

This is outrageous, no civilized country in the world shall do this.

Bangladesh has an area of 56 thousand sm. Given the size of the country we have a surplus poplulation of about 100 million.

The situation is already frustrating, I wonder what the policy makers should be able to do at this critical juncture. I am afraid Malthusian theory is inevitable.
