3 JMB men remanded in Khagrachhari

Three members of militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB), including its Chittagong division second-in-command, taken to a 4-day remand on Thursday.

Senior Judicial Magistrate of the Khagrachhari Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Mohammad Abdulla Al Mamun passed the order as the investigation officer (IO) produced them before the court with an eight-day remand prayer.

The three JMB men were Chittagong division second man Mohammad Abdur Rahim alias Zahid alias Saifullah 25, Delwar Hossain, 40 and Mohammad Yunus Miah 20.

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested the JMB operatives at Shantipur under Matiranga upazila of the district for their involvement with Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB)
