7 Rajshahi JMB men's bail rejected

A Rajshahi court on Monday rejected bail prayers of seven arrested members of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB).

Metropolitan Magistrate BM Tarikul Kabir rejected their bail, our Rajshahi staff correspondent reports.

The JMB men are Rajshahi divisional chief Ashraf alias Haider, Naogaon district chief Abdur Rahim, Natore district chief Shahabuddin, JMB ehsar (full-time) members Md Momtaz, Asadul Islam, Rohidul and Isarul Islam.

They were sent to jail custody on October 21 on completion of their interrogation in Dhaka for two times.

They were arrested from four districts in Rajshahi division in early October with books and CDs.
