PM for controlled sand extraction
Asks to formulate a policy soon, clean up 4 Dhaka riverbeds
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina yesterday directed the authorities concerned to formulate a specific policy to control sand extraction from rivers.

The city dwellers suffered increased traffic mess on the first day of using automated light signals due to people's lack of awareness, their tendency to break it and the system's failure to work in sync.
