A young survivor in his twenties was rescued from a collapsed building in Tainan at around 10:30 am (0230 GMT) on Sunday, almost 30 hours after the city was struck by a strong earthquake. The young man was able to move his legs and seemed in fairly good condition considering the severity of destruction to the building, as he made his way down from the debris.
