For the last one month, like a great enchantress, cricket has cast its beautiful spell on us all. In this year's world cup, many hopes have been dashed, many prayers have gone unanswered, while dreams that have for years remained unfulfilled have finally been materialised; new heroes have made their bats or balls heard in the cricketing history of the world. The ICC World Cup 2011, on top of everything, has proclaimed once again the triumph of the game of glorious uncertainty.
