ULAB conducts art camp
To celebrate National Children's Day, the Voiceless Bangladeshi project had set up an art camp titled 'A Bangladesh of my Dreams' at Alokito Hridoy Primary School, Tangail. The event took place on March 17. The initiative was led by Naima Alam, Lecturer, Media Studies and Journalism Department, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) - along with nine students who came as facilitators. The aim of the art camp was to teach primary school students to express their imagination through art.
The art camp included around 150 students from Alokito Hridoy and the nearby areas, from classes one to four. Syeda Tasnima Tasnin, Director, and Azwa Nayeem, Chairperson of Alokito Hridoy Foundation, organised the art camp in collaboration with Naima Alam, who is also the founder of the
Voiceless Bangladeshi project.
