DAAGI Art Garage to host 'Weapons can't kill' exhibition
DAAGI Art Garage -- an artist group where all seven artists come from various forms of visual art -- will be showcasing their first group exhibition on February 3. The exhibition titled "Weapons can't kill" will feature works from various different art forms like painting, sculpture, performance art and photography. The artists involved are Sanad Kumar Biswas, Dhiman Sarker, Syed Tarek Rahman, Emran Shohel, Sanjid Mahmud, Rupam Ray and Rasel Chowdhury.
South Asian Media Institute is delighted to be the venue partner for this exhibition. The exhibition opened on February 3 at 5pm. The artists formed a group back in 2013 and were involved in a group show on the banks of Buriganga called Living Scraps in May 2014.
The exhibition will be open from 3pm to 8pm till February 10 at the Pathshala South Asian Media Institute.
