The “Baishakhi Utshob” will kick off on Pohela Baishakh at Sheraton with the first ray of sunlight. To introduce the taste of traditional Bangladeshi culture, this pageant will feature a daylong performance of Bangladeshi musical entertainment.

The Lobby Café will serve special Bangladeshi refreshments & pithas, such as Patishapta Pitha and Bhapa Pitha.

Bithika Restaurant will mark the occasion with a themed buffet breakfast, dinner and lunch with traditional Bangladeshi delicacies. The buffet breakfast includes, Panta Bhat, Hilsha Fry, Luchi, Puri, Khichury, Vegetables, Meat Curry and Chicken Bhuna. Lunch will also feature mouthwatering Bangladeshi dishes that includes Kaschki Chor Chory, Shorisha Elish, Pangash curry, Chingree Korola Bhaji, Beef Kofta, Deshi Morogh Alo Curry, Mutton Tehari, Sajna Dal, Achari Chicken Tikka, Plain Rice and Nan.
