Convicted BDR mutineer of Feni dies at DMCH
A member of erstwhile Bangladesh Rifles (now Border Guard Bangladesh), who was sentenced to four years imprisonment in BDR mutiny case of Feni, died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) early today.
Abdus Sobhan Hawladar, 63, a former Subedar of BDR in Feni, breathed his last at the hospital around 3:30am.
He was undergoing treatment at the hospital since October 12 following a stroke, DMCH sources said.
He hailed from Kachipara in Baufal upazila of Patuakhali district.
