Unicef expresses concerns over child killing in Narayanganj
Unicef Bangladesh has expressed grave concerns over the recent killing of a 10-year-old child in his workplace in Narayanganj, says a press release.
The UN body has appealed to the government of Bangladesh to take speedy legal action against those responsible for such violence.
Sagor Barman, 10, a worker of a local factory, died allegedly after air was pumped into him through his rectum in Rupganj upazila of the district on Sunday.
