Two college teachers sued over HSC answer sheets recovery
A case was filed on Thursday against two college teachers in connection with the recovery of some 100 answer sheets of the recently held Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination from a dormitory of Rajshahi University.
Dr Tarun Kumar Sarker, examination controller of Rajshahi Education Board, filed the case with Boalia Police Station against Abul Kalam of New Government Degree College and Masudul Islam of Shah Makhdum College, confirmed Shahadat Hossain, officer-in-charge of the station.
A three-member committee headed by Prof Habibur Rahman, principal of Rajshahi College, was also formed on Tuesday to probe the incident.
The unevaluated answer sheets of Islamic History exam were recovered from the corridor of Munnujan Hall of the university on Monday.
