Gazipur students block road for HSC form fill-up

Over 150 students who failed the HSC test exam, a prerequisite for taking the higher secondary certificate exam, blockaded the Maona-Kaliakoir road in Gazipur yesterday demanding a chance for form fill-up.

The students of Maona Pear Ali University College, who failed one or two subjects, barricaded the road in Sreepur upazila in intervals from 10:00am to 1:30pm, creating a long tailback.

Principal Abul Khair said the management committee this year decided to not allow the unsuccessful students. These students can contact with the committee members, he added. Today is the last day for form fill-up.
