Emran's works feature at book fair
Promising poet and litterateur Emran Mahfuz has four books featured in this year's book fair. His latest edited work “Abul Mansur Ahmad Jibon Shilpi” available at Daily Star Books is a collection of essays on the life and works of the renowned writer-politician.
His edited works also include “Abul Mansur Ahmad Sharakgrantha”. The book, widely read by students of Bangla literature, was published by Prothoma.
He also edited a book on the country's Liberation War titled, “Muktijuddha: Ojana Oddhay” written by Nadeem Qadir, minister (press), Bangladesh High Commission London, published by Jagroti.
The young poet also has a book of poems titled “Dirghosthayee Shokshobha,” published by Oitijjo.
The editor of literary magazine “Kaler Dhoni”, Emran started writing in 2006 and won the Abul Mansur Ahmad Gobeshana Puroshkar in 2015.
