BNP's Salima Rahman gets bail on surrender in 22 arson cases
Two Dhaka courts yesterday granted bail to BNP leader Salima Rahman on her surrender in 22 arson cases filed with different police stations in January, February and March in 2015.
The cases were filed for carrying out arson attacks on vehicles during the non-stop movement enforced by BNP-led 20-party alliance.
The BNP leader got bail from the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court of Dhaka in 14 arson cases while from Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court in eight other arson cases.
