Silent Recycling
The garbage you throw away contains a lot of plastic; plastic that is dirty, of different colours, and transparency. Yet, through a series of hands they get collected, sorted, cleaned, grinded and made into a sort of grain. These grains are then melted and molded into fine Tupperware, bathroom buckets and mugs. The same goes for rubber as well. Those get made into sandals and other things. This silent recycling goes on in Dhaka pretty much entirely driven by the market. Many modern cities across the world however have to spend a lot of money to have this recycling done.
