3rd Bengal Global Business Summit begins in Kolkata
The third edition of Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS) was inaugurated at Kolkata in India's West Bengal today.
Indian President Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated the two-day long program at 11:30am, reports our Kolkata Correspondent.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee chaired the session this morning.
Bangladesh Industry Minister Amir Hossain Amu and State Minister for Posts and Telecommunications Tarana Halim were also present at the programme.
Among others, ambassadors from Japan, Italy and Denmark were present at the meet besides mayors of Poland's Upper Silesia, Germany's North Rhine- Westphalia and South Korea's Incheon.
The 2-day Bengal Global Business Summit is being attended by representatives from over 27 countries and 3,000 overseas delegates.
