Rescuers notice movement of a pipe sticking out through a narrow hole. Someone from under the rubble is trying to draw their attention.
An army officer shouts to know if anybody’s in there and hears a female voice saying, “Save me.” She tells her name.
Rescuers start to widen the hole. It takes an hour to make its diameter around 1.5ft. Meantime, they provide water and juice to the survivor, Reshma, 20.
An army officer goes inside. With his help, Reshma easily comes out through the opening. An ambulance takes her to hospital.
