4 crude bombs found at Chapainawabganj courtroom
Police recovered four crude bombs from the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court building in Chapainawabganj this morning.
The bombs were found on the second floor of the building around 11:45am, our Chapainawabganj correspondent reports quoting Ohidul Islam, assistant superintendent of district police.
The court staff found the bombs in a bag, which was kept on the veranda, the ASP said.
On information, police rushed to the spot and sent the bombs to Chapainawabganj Sadar Model Police Station.
Miscreants kept the bombs to create panic among the lawyers and court staffs, said police.
None was arrested in this connection.
After this, the security was beefed up in and around the court area.
On Saturday, miscreants hurled blasted a crude bomb in front of the house of chief judicial magistrate in town.
