Air chief meets president

Air Chief Air Marshal SM Ziaur Rahman made a courtesy call on President Iajuddin Ahmed at Bangabhaban yesterday.The air chief apprised the president, also the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, of various issues relating to Bangladesh Air Force, including the activities of providing assistance to the flood-affected people. He also apprised the president about his recent visit to China. He sought continuous support and cooperation from the president in discharging his duties. The president assured him of all cooperation. Secretary to the President's Office M Sirajul Islam and other officials concerned were present on the occasion.
