Accommodation problem in Australia

A lot of Bangladeshi students come every year to Australia for higher studies. But their number is much less than the students coming from India. I want to focus on some problems that our students are facing here. Students who are planning to come to Australia should make sure that their accommodation is already there. It may turn out to be a serious problem. It is not possible to stay with others for a long time. In Australia, if anybody wants to rent a house/flat, he has to apply to the agency office, has to show the financial source, mention the number of people, references and many other things. So, be sure of where you are going to stay before coming to Australia.
