Deco quits Asian tour

Barcelona's Portuguese midfielder Deco has quit the Spanish club's Asian tour to travel to Brazil where his wife has given birth to their fourth child. "His wife Jacciara and son David are in good health," the Spanish giants said on their website. The Brazilian-born Deco "will resume training in Barcelona in the coming days", said the club, whose first-team squad is currently in Beijing and will move on to Japan and Hong Kong before returning to Spain on August 11.
