Minor quake jolts Ctg

A minor earthquake, measuring 3.7 on Richter scale, occurred in Chittagong yesterday.The distance of the epicentre was about 285 kms southeast of Dhaka Seismic Observatory and about 70 kms South-southeast of Chittagong Seismic Observatory. The earthquake occurred at 02 hours 19 minutes and 56 seconds (BST), said a Met Office bulletin.
