153 Bangladeshi scouts to participate

A 153-member team of Bangladesh Scouts will participate in the 21st World Jamboree which will be held in London on July 27-August 8 to mark the 100 years of Scouting.The first group of Bangladesh Scouts comprising 58 members has already left for London on July 14. Dhaka Metro Scouts, who will be sending 28 of its members, hosted a reception in honor of its scouts at the Nizam Hall of Dhaka Metro Scouts on Wednesday. Mohammad Fazlur Rahman, chief national commissioner of Bangladesh Scouts, joined the event as the chief guest. A total of 40000 scouts from across the globe will participate in the event.
