Sources in the committee said four of the forgery cases took place at mathematics department, while five at management department and six at political science department.

Sources said satisfactory responses were not received from 55 departments and nine institutions of the university in providing lists of their students within stipulated time. So far, 27 departments and institutions provided the list.

In two phases, the DU Syndicate cancelled admission of 158 students. The list of cancelled students has been sent to respective departments.

The DU authorities launched a drive in the middle of March following the probe committee's interim report on forgery in the admission of students of 2004-2005 academic sessions.
