President visits ailing Sabina in Singapore

President Iajuddin Ahmed, now in Singapore for medical check-up, on Tuesday visited ailing singer Sabina Yasmin at National Cancer Centre of General Hospital in Singapore.The president spent sometime beside the singer and enquired about her treatment. The on-duty specialist physician informed the president that the condition of Sabina is gradually improving. The president wished early recovery of Sabina. Military Secretary to President Major General Mohammad Aminul Karim, Secretary to President's Office Mohammad Sirajul Islam and Bangladesh High Commissioner to Singapore Munshi Fayez Ahmed were present, according to a message received here yesterday.
