Overseas calls

In the last 6 days, I have lost more than Tk 400.00 for wrong connection of my calls to the US through EISD (012). Except one or two occasions, a good number of my calls ensured ringing at the recipients' end but when the receiver lifted the phone, I could hear only wind howling . After 3/4 attempts, failure to talk , I found a substantial amount has been taxed ! This happened on all those days ( 6 days). It appears that those who are responsible for providing services are least bothered and have no accountability for their negligence. Will the high ups of telephone department address the issue and provide services for the money they are charging?
