Every now and then, the newspapers carry conditional tariff reduction ads from different mobile companies saying "Offer valid until further notice". However, when these campaigns are over, the companies do not go for an announcement in the same "loud" manner, thus leaving the public under the false impression of continuation of reduced tariffs.
