Unruly farmers ransacked the UNO office leaving the UNO seriously injured. As reported widely in different dailies, the UNO physically assaulted his junior colleagues; earlier he had assaulted public leaders and farmers. May I ask a simple question? Can a civil servant do anything like that? Isn't there enough training and lessons at PATC for maintaining a cool brain while dealing with public affairs?
