Buet to celebrate 60th founding anniversary

Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet) will celebrate its 60th founding anniversary this year.The inception of the erstwhile Ahsanullah Engineering College in 1947, which was later turned into Buet, paved the way for engineering education in the country. The six-month long celebration will begin on 28th of the instant on the Buet campus with Vice Chancellor Prof AMM Safiullah in the chair, a press release said.
