Two children drown in Kurigram

Two children drowned in pond in separate incidents at Rajibpur in Kurigram district on Saturday, hospital and police sources said.The victims were identified as Shahadat Hossain, 3, son of Mantaz Ali of village Munshipara and Eti, 3, daughter of Abdus Sabur of village Baliamari Bazaar. In both the cases, local people recovered and rushed them to Rajibpur Upazila Health Complex where on-duty doctors declared them dead, sources said.
