Commercialisation of education

In this modern age, education is the first step to developing a country. But in our country we use the education sector only to make money. Our haphazard system contributes nothing to the nation's development. School is the first place of education but we buy education from coaching centres. Although our primary and secondary levels have some quality, but the universities have totally failed to show what is education. None of our universities is on the list of the world's top 500 universities. The situation is even worse in the private universities. Except a few, all the private universities are accused of selling certificates. A few having good reputation charge tuition fees that are out of the reach of the middleclass, and they hardly offer any other degrees except BBA and CSE. This is the right time to move forward and ensure a healthy and durable educational system which can produce an enlightened new generation of people. If we fail to do so, then the highest chunk of the budgetary allocation will simply be wasted.
