The joint forces arrested a top criminal of the district and Jubo Dal cadre from his residence in Chatora area of the town on Tuesday.Acting on a tip-off, the joint forces arrested Billal at about 7:00pm during a raid on his house. Billal has long been engaged in crimes in the district and was wanted in five cases, including extortion and firearms.
