RU teacher dies in rooftop fall in Malaysia
A teacher of Rajshahi University (RU) died in Malaysia on Monday night after he fell down from the rooftop of the house he was residing in.The deceased Sabyasachi Saha was a lecturer at RU sociology department. Malaysia police informed his family about his demise that night. He went to Malaysia to undergo some treatment in January 2007 and was on education leave since then, sources said. Sabyasachi Saha had joined sociology department as a lecturer in 1997. Department Chairman Professor Fayzer Rahman confirmed the incident and said they would hold a condolence meeting once the summer vacation is over.
