Why only the 27th BCS?

I appeared in the 24th and 25th BCS exams I passed the preliminary, written and psychological test and appeared in the viva, but could not qualify finally. I was very much optimistic that I would be able to get a cadre service job. It was not only my dream from the beginning, but also my parents' expectation. But everything is now so politicised and corrupt that it is no longer possible to get anything on the basis of merit alone. In the 24th BCS, the preliminary test was taken twice, but it was an eye-wash only. There were gross anomalies in the selection process. So, please investigate the 24th and the 25th BCS exams and do justice to all.
