Environmental security

It is high time to think about our environmental security. After the Chittagong landslide, it has become an unconventional security threat to our country. It's a man-made disaster. Cutting hills, deforestation and structural mismanagement are largely responsible for this. We don't have sufficient trained manpower and technology to face this kind of disasters. Only awareness and preparedness can ensure environmental security. If we want sustainable development, then our civil society and the caretaker government should pay more attention to this issue.
