Brac Bank okays 20pc stock dividend
Brac Bank Ltd has declared a 20 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2006.The dividend was announced at the eighth annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank held on Monday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the bank Fazle Hasan Abed presided over AGM, which was also attended by directors and managing director among others.
