B.League to resume June 15

The resumption of the B. League will be further delayed due to persistent rain.

The tournament committee, which preliminary postponed the league matches in Dhaka for a couple of days, decided in its yesterday's meeting to restart the competition on June 15.

Weather permitting, the league will resume with the match between Arambagh and Farashganj, followed by the Abahani-Mohammedan match on June 16.

The fixtures will be shifted bodily.

The tournament committee, which has received a letter from Mohammedan with complaints against referee's alleged wrongdoing during their last match against Muktijoddha on June 7, will seek reports from the match commissioner, the referee and his assistants and all concerned persons to see to the matter.

The committee will also decide whether Mohammedan are at fault by making comments to the media first, which is a violation of the professional league's code of conduct.
