The winners secured 66 points while Rajshahi University were nine points adrift to finish as runners-up at the Dhaka University swimming pool. Kushtia Islamic University finished third with 15 points.

A total of 40 swimmers from different universities took part in the day-long competition.

DIV 1 VOLLEYBALL
Madartek Mitali Sangha continued their good run in the National Bank First Division Volleyball League at the Wooden Floor Gymnasium.

Madartek crushed Bangladesh Bank 25-9, 25-18 and 25-12 as they surged ahead in the competition.

In the second division, Nabajagarani Sangha also had a thumping win over Nobodoyo Sangha 25-13, 25-15 and 25-18.
