Berger Paints approves 110pc cash dividend
Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd yesterday approved 110 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for 2006, says a press release.The dividend approval came at the 34th annual general meeting of the company held in Dhaka. Chairman of the company Gerald K. Adams presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors KR Das, Anil Bhalla, Subir Bose, Jean Claude Loutreuil, Abdul Khalek, and Rupali Chowdhury and Managing Director Masih Ul Karim.
