Saydul Huq, Technical Officer-Education, Dhaka The key components of education are 'Teaching' and 'Learning'. Students never stop; they are learning, though the procedure may not always be right. What is the ultimate goal of the government in the education sector? Is it creating a scope for unemployed people? If so, the quality of education wouldn't be a real factor. If the goal of education is to build up the people as human resource, a lot of things will have to achieved through proper planning.
