Khaleda Zia

At the time when everyone is talking about ending "Poribar tantra" in political parties and introducing more democratic practices within the parties in order to allow a strong honest and dedicated leadership to emerge, Begum Zia surprised everybody by appointing her brother as vice chairman of the BNP.

It seems to me that she wants to prove that she is the most powerful person in the BNP and doesn't care about the people's opinion. Furthermore, I am also quite surprised by the failure of the top BNP leadership to apprise Begum Zia correctly of the present situation.
